As Programm Manager (f / m / d) you are responsible for sharing the best practices and consultation throughout the technical design of the project.
Your Tasks
- Must have ideally worked as a Program and Delivery Management Head, heading small to medium delivery units
- Must be able to handle discussions with client and manage client escalations, achieving a win – win position
- Innovative mindset with ability to map industry leading solutions and products to client OSS landscape, coming up with proactive, value addition proposals
- Excellent in written and oral communication, with presentation abilities
- Exposure to and experience of working in Presales, working with multiple internal units and leading a coordinated solution across multiple competencies
- Providing technical solutions to client requirements and presenting the solution to client stakeholders
- Must have knowledge of end to end implementation, customization and enhancement of OSS programs primarily in Plan and Build, Network Rollout, Service Fulfillment, Network Management and Assurance domains and its integration with third party apps and tools
- Complex transformation program owner and responsible for solution delivery
- Translate baseline business requirements into technical requirements and customizations
- Oversee implementation progress from functional and non-functional requirement perspective
- Provide consulting advice to customer on continuous improvement of IT & Business processes and services
Requirements
- You should be able to own Revenue and EBITDA target, with an understanding of cost optimization levers
- Understanding of traditional and agile delivery models, spotify, Scaled Agile
- Understanding of DevOps, Cloud will be an added advantage
- Thorough knowledge of OSS domains, Telecom OSS processes, Program Management and C-level communication
- Strong communication skills
- 15+ years of IT experience; 10+ years as leading Large OSS Transformation Delivery Program
