Brief Role Description
Liaise with Product managers and TEFG business stakeholders to analyze and determine requirements that are feasible and will satisfy stakeholder needs, expectations, and constraints. Support the solution definition for service systems, applications and infrastructure and other capabilities which are needed to provide the products and services to satisfy stakeholder needs, expectations, and constraints.

Task Description:
• Prepare, moderate and rework requirements workshops, support gathering and refinement of requirements (epics, features, concrete user stories and exact acceptance criteria)
• Collect, analyse and verify stakeholder requirements
• Determine final requirements with relevant stakeholders (such as multiple demands, development, IT Security, DevOps)
• Update SRS document / FLOW packages (or equivalent)
• Prepare scope decisions
• Manage requirements changes
• Collect all sign-offs for FLOW packages (or equivalent); in case of SOx relevant applications in scope sign-offs have to be SOx compliant
• Collect FLOW package approval and approval evidence from requestor
• Review test plan
• Collect names of UAT approver authority from requestor  together
• Ensure – together with Architecture and Applications – E2E compatible solution is found based on the given requirements
• Define scope of design walkthroughs together with Solution Architect
• Conduct design walkthroughs and document results
• Clarify questions regarding test cases and functionality
• Support E2E test
• Provide information to solve issues and defects
• Provide information for go/no go decisions for TL
• Collect approval (only from authorities defined from requestor with SRS / Flow package sign-off) and approval evidence for UAT
• Support early business demonstrations and previews
• Support Design, development and testing
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts.
• Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
• Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance.
• Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.


Must Have’s:
1. Telecom Experience – Min 5 years
2. Business Analysis Experience – Min 5 years
3. Overall Experience - Min 8 years
4. Client facing Experience - Min 5 years
5. Excellent written and oral communication
6. German language
